Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add 3 tablespoons of herbs. Let the herbs boil and soak for 5 minutes.
Carefully pour the water with the herbs into the VTREAT seat and place it in the toilet or on the floor. If you don't have these yet, use a bucket, bowl or pot.
Wait for the steam to cool to a comfortable temperature. Be careful, the steam can be very hot and could burn your skin if you steam too hot.
Remove your underwear and gently sit, squat, or kneel on the VTREAT seat, bucket, bowl, or pot.
Wrap a blanket or towel around your waist and legs to keep them warm but also to keep the steam from escaping.
Last but not least: enjoy the wonderfully warm, relaxing and soft feeling! Steam for about 25-30 minutes. You can stop as soon as steam stops coming from the water.
It is recommended to steam weekly for an optimal effect.
